Purchasing Art:
Can I purchase art from Gigi Art London? Yes, you can purchase my original abstract paintings through my online store at www.gigiartlondon.com.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! I ship my artwork internationally. Please note that shipping and tax prices are not included in international shipping costs.
Do you offer discounts or promotions? I do not currently offer discounts or promotions, but stay tuned for future opportunities.
Custom Art and Certificates:
Can I request custom or commissioned art pieces? Currently not taking commissions , but if an opening comes up will be shared through newsletters and social media channels. Make sure you are following me so you don’t miss out.
Do you provide Certificates of Authenticity for your art? Yes, each art piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Ordering and Returns:
What is your return policy? Once an order has been dispatched, I do not accept returns on any purchase. Due to a limited number of Original Artworks and exclusive stock. However, cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase by emailing gigiartlondon@gmail.com.

Art Materials and Techniques:
What materials and techniques are used in creating your art? I utilizes acrylic medium, mixed media, golden sheets, glitter, rhinestones, and a street art style to create her captivating abstract pieces.
Shipping, Delivery & Taxes :
What is the expected shipping and delivery time for ORIGINAL PAINTINGS ? The nature of the product you have ordered will dictate the wrapping and packing times. In general, you should expect to receive your artwork within 4-5 weeks.
If the artwork is already done and dried, it will be posted to your location within 1 week , after placing your order.
1. Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, I do not offer free shipping. However, flat shipping rates are provided based on the size and series of the painting. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping costs to your country.2. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs office for more details on any charges applicable upon delivery.3. Why do I have to pay customs fees?
Customs duties and VAT (Value Added Tax) are applied by your local customs authorities for goods imported into your country. For example, in the EU, taxes may apply on orders valued over £135, depending on the specific goods and country. The fees are determined by factors like the value of the item, its origin, and the type of product.4. Do I pay VAT on orders shipped to the UK?
No. All orders shipped within the UK are tax-free for the customer, as I’m based in the UK. However, if you're in other countries, including Europe or the USA, VAT and other import taxes may apply.5. What countries do you ship to?
I currently offer shipping to many international destinations, including all countries in Europe, the USA, Canada, and others. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region.6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery progress.
What is the expected shipping and delivery time for PRINTS ?
Print orders and deliveries are provided by PRINTFUL.
Estimated delivery time
Printful's average fulfillment time is 2–5 business days, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Factors that can affect fulfillment time include product stock, print or embroidery file issues, and shipping delays.
Shipping time
Shipping time depends on the courier and level of service selected. International orders can take 1–20 business days to ship.
Tracking
Once an order is fulfilled and leaves Printful's building, a notification with shipping information is sent.
Late deliveries
If an order is past its estimated delivery time, a problem report can be filled out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the fault is Printful's, they will reship the order at no cost.
Taxes
The exact tax value applied to an order depends on the product, shipping origin, and shipping destination. If tax exemption documents are submitted, Printful will not charge tax.

Do you offer framing services for your art pieces? I do not offer framing services at this time.
Can your art pieces be used for interior design purposes? Absolutely! My art pieces can enhance the aesthetics of any interior space.
What payment methods do you accept? I accept PayPal, Stripe, and debit card payments for your convenience.
How are the stories behind the art pieces represented? Each piece's story is shared on my Instagram posts, giving you insight into the inspiration behind my artwork.
