1. Purchasing Art

You can purchase my original abstract paintings directly from the online store. Each piece is unique, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, and shipped with care. My art is designed for those seeking inspiration and colour in their lives.

2. Payment Methods

I accept PayPal, Stripe, and debit card payments. All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic and International Shipping: I ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are not included in the price of artwork and vary by region. Please see the product page for specific shipping rates.

  • Customs and VAT: International orders may incur customs duties and VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for applicable fees.

Delivery Timeline:

  • For original paintings, please allow 4–5 weeks for delivery. Ready-made artworks are typically shipped within one week of purchase.

  • Print orders are fulfilled by Printful, with an estimated processing time of 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by region.

Order Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.


4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase by contacting me at gigiartlondon@gmail.com. Cancellations after 48 hours are not accepted.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available only if an order is cancelled within the 48-hour window.

  • Damaged Items: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me, and I will arrange a custom-made replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork displayed on this website is my intellectual property. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or resale of any artwork is strictly prohibited.
